Why do dwarves build extremely complicated machines that DO NOTHING? Why are deserted areas full of lit fires? The walking around is frustrating. The locations are limited and have little actual logic in them - why must I continually do one-way things that show no one has ever been here before, and yet apparently there are people everywhere who must have needed that path.

By comparison this game is on rails, the dialogue is brutish and rarely interesting. A fully realised world with so much openness and physics and unexpectedness and tonnes of content in every corner.
